Our Happy Home Plan costs just $19.95 per month and provides over $2,713 in value each year. There’s no long-term commitment or cancellation fees. You’ll simply be charged monthly on the anniversary of your purchase and can cancel at any time by contacting our staff.

If you choose to cancel, please keep in mind that refunds are not permitted, including pro-rated refunds for the days remaining in the period.

Happy Home Plan members receive one plumbing inspection and two seasonal HVAC visits per year. If your home doesn’t have a cooling system, you’ll only receive one seasonal heating tune-up. If you have multiple memberships for your HVAC systems, you’ll still only receive one plumbing visit per year.

Yes, you can turn on your furnace, boiler, AC, heat pump, or ductless mini-split whenever your home needs heating or cooling. As long as your system is receiving annual maintenance, it can continue to operate safely between visits. 

No, you’re not required to sign a long-term contract and can cancel your membership at any time. We recommend cancelling your membership at the end of your monthly billing period, as you won’t receive a pro-rated refund for any unused time remaining in the billing cycle.

Happy Home members receive priority scheduling, meaning your service requests are moved ahead of non-members. We don’t offer 24/7 service, but we can perform same-day emergency repairs within business hours.

No, there are no hidden fees included in our HVAC and plumbing maintenance plans. You simply pay a small monthly fee. We’ll never add-on any surprise charges or unexpected costs beyond what’s outlined in your membership. 

Yes, member discounts are automatically applied to your bill when the work is completed. Before we begin any repairs, we clearly explain your options and provide an upfront quote so you know what to expect when the final bill arrives. This way, you can see your savings directly on your invoice.
