Sanders & Johnson has been my heating & cooling service provider for many years. They installed my last two heating & AC units and, with their yearly inspections, the equipment has always been very dependable. The installation personnel are exceptionally talented, always work safely and protect my property to the best of their ability. These folks are detail oriented and handled the installation of my new Bryant furnace and air conditioning units as if they were in their own home. They properly and aesthetically anchor the miscellaneous electrical and plumbing lines needed for the systems: that attention to detail gives me great confidence in the whole installation process. In addition to the two previous HVAC installs Sanders & Johnson have competed, for over twenty years they’ve had consistently competent and trustworthy technicians provide a thorough annual inspection of the equipment. If the technician suggested a service item be completed, I was always confident in that recommendation. They do not play games with service. One last item: even though I have a great long-term business relationship with Sanders & Johnson, I called a number of the Bryant dealers in the Denver area to quote the replacement of my furnace and AC. Donny Watt from Sanders & Johnson visited my home and provided a complete quote and pricing in a very timely manner. Because I needed a clarification about some of the installation details, Donny visited my home two more times bringing the installation technician along on one visit. This is a very good dealership.

We recently used Sanders & Johnson to replace a water heater and install a recirculation pump to help with hot water availability to our master bath. The installers arrived on time and were diligent about completing the installation in a timely manner. Everything worked well and the problem was solved. Purchased my home, and a day later there was a gas smell in my basement. The energy company shut off my gas line with freezing temps.

Called another A Rated Company (Busy Bee) and unfortunately my experience was not great. Mainly due to miscommunication and poor punctuality. I called and spoke with Dawny at Sanders and Johnson and he was able to come out and check out the issue within reasonable time on short notice. He brought a crew later that afternoon to finish the job for us. Josh and Angel were prompt, efficient, and did not rip my leg off with price either. I must say these guys told me what I needed to know, what they could and could not promise, and what potentially could happen. I would call them back in a heart beat if I ever need another HVAC company out here again. Thanks Guys! Really appreciate the work you did on such an unexpected issue. For those who are wondering it was a line coming in the house. Right where it comes in there is a 90 degree joint that instantly turns up, and then another joint at 90 degrees that goes left right away. 5***** Trent & Leo installed my a/c & furnace in 2 days. Their work was great! Install went according to plan and units look and function properly. I was completely satisfied with their work and they were professional, friendly and fun to have in my home. Great work Sanders & Johnson.

Cleaned blow motor/recoop coil, cleaned evaporator coil, new furnace filter rack with filter installed, and new jumper duct installed. We bought a house with a furnace that had no filter, and it was set up in a way that we were told there was nowhere to put one. We insisted the seller install one before purchase and they said they did, but a year later furnace stopped working and S&J came out and found that coil was completely clogged with dust/pet hair. No filter to be found.

They were extremely responsive, and very helpful! Even though it was an odd set-up that people previously said “couldn’t be fixed”, Sanders and Johnson immediately said they could get creative and it would be no problem. They knew we were on a budget so they were up front with price, and allowed us to wait until we could afford the fix. S&J recently replaced our furnace and hot water heater while upgrading the system with a new air conditioner and hiding the duct work in our basement ceiling. In this 100+ year old house this was no easy task. A cold air return needed to be run from the second floor to make the system function well. They were incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking to get the job done as quick as possible. With such a large investment we had many questions and requests. They worked hard to educate us and fulfill our goals for the project. I would recommend S&J Heating and Cooling for any size job from simple replacements to major remodel. (8 mnths ago)

The hot water at my hair salon wasn’t staying hot so I called Sanders & Johnson. Technician Matt came out promptly and had the water heater repaired in short order and at a fair price. I would definitely use S&J again.
