Another Satisfied Customer

Purchased my home, and a day later there was a gas smell in my basement. The energy company shut off my gas line with freezing temps.

Called another A Rated Company (Busy Bee) and unfortunately my experience was not great. Mainly due to miscommunication and poor punctuality. I called and spoke with Dawny at Sanders and Johnson and he was able to come out and check out the issue within reasonable time on short notice. He brought a crew later that afternoon to finish the job for us. Josh and Angel were prompt, efficient, and did not rip my leg off with price either. I must say these guys told me what I needed to know, what they could and could not promise, and what potentially could happen. I would call them back in a heart beat if I ever need another HVAC company out here again. Thanks Guys! Really appreciate the work you did on such an unexpected issue. For those who are wondering it was a line coming in the house. Right where it comes in there is a 90 degree joint that instantly turns up, and then another joint at 90 degrees that goes left right away.
