- Clean and check condenser coil
- Check operating pressures
- Check starting capabilities
- Check safety controls
- Check air filters
- Check and adjust blower components
- Check for correct air flow
- Check all electrical connections
- Lubricate moving parts where necessary
- Check condensate drain
- Check for proper temperature difference
- Make recommendation of any needed repairs to systems
ANNUAL HUMIDIFIER MAINTENANCE:
- Replace pad/water panel
- Check/adjust float
- Clean pan and drum assembly
- Check for water flow and leaks
- Check for proper drainage
- Make recommendation of any needed repairs to systems
